Our HR team is working on identifying key critical skills required to assess profiles and shortlist candidates suited for the job. We have formalized the HR processes by using virtual channels to connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews.

· We are conducting virtual training programs for onboarding new employees

· We have introduced engagement programs to help new employees familiarize themselves with the work culture of our company

2. Implementing programs for improving the organization’s efficiency

A company’s efficiency is the combined outcome of the hard work and determination of its employees. We at Author Assists are providing financial aid, paid leaves, and flexible work timings to keep the employees motivated.
